  The staff is very nice and helpful. Prices have been steadily rising for no reason, the same accessories are elsewhere for less. They aren't even name brand add one, but some staff are pushing them that way..'Same manufacturer as Otter Box' etc. I was a long time Metro customer in Miami, the service and equipment sell them self at these prices. There's no reason to.gouge the customer for a few extra bucks. Aside from that, they tend to have very little inventory - 2-3 weeks for phones to be replenished, buy a phone and there's no case for it. Stores are very empty, feels cold and impersonal. If it wasn't for someone of the sales women, there wouldn't be any business.

  Out of phones!! How can that be? If that's the only thing you sell how do you run out & keep the doors open as if???? WTH
